As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a crucial role in shaping our startup's future while gaining invaluable experience in the tech industry. This position is perfect for self-starters eager to learn, grow, and take on significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate travel, all while communicating effectively with stakeholders. Your organizational skills and professionalism will shine as you help us streamline operations and manage special projects.

What you'll do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging travel, and organizing meetings.
  • Ability to handle confidential information (both personal information and business information) with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage special projects as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help the office to run efficiently, assisting with ordering supplies and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Assist with the CEO's external matters as needed.
  • This role is required to be in office 5 days a week (with some flexibility as needed).

Salary Information

The range listed below is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary range is for US-based employees located in the listed market. Other benefits include those listed above such as healthcare and 401k with 3% contribution.

Salary Range

$75,000-100,000 USD
